At the end of July 2019，as the plane slowly landed at Changi airport, I began my PKU-NUS dual-degree journey in Singapore, a challenging and exciting journey.

NUS, a well-known comprehensive university in the Asia-Pacific region, is the home to elites from all over the world. With the perfect integration of east and west cultures, NUS is keeping to push its teaching and research capabilities to a much higher level. Especially, its market-oriented MBA program ranked 15th in the Financial Times Global MBA Rankings in 2020. Above all, Singapore is a prosperous country with open social surroundings and an enjoyable living environment. All these attractions are corresponding to my career plan perfectly. When I first knew that Guanghua School of Management has a dual-degree program with NUS, I couldn't wait to apply for it right away.

2019年7月底，随着飞机缓缓降落在新加坡樟宜机场，我开启了在新加坡国立大学MBA双学位项目的逐梦之旅，一段富有挑战、精彩纷呈的旅程。

新加坡国立大学（NUS）是亚太地区著名的综合性大学，拥有来自世界各地的精英学生。东西方文化的完美融合，使其在教学、科研能力方面都更上了一层楼。以市场为导向的MBA项目，更是在《金融时报》2020年全球MBA排名中位列第15名。最重要的是，新加坡经济繁荣，社会风气开放，生活环境宜人，所有的特征优势都与我的职业规划完美契合。因此，当得知光华管理学院与新加坡国立大学有双学位的项目机会时，我迫不及待地报了名。

When I began to study the MBA Dual-degree in NUS, I actually experienced its goal to strengthen students’ practical abilities. In addition to interesting and practical cases and presentations, NUS business school often organizes different school-enterprise project, providing us with golden opportunities to gain an in-depth understanding of the current market and establish networks to prepare for future professional development. Fortunately, I was the team leader of the consulting project that aimed at the feasibility study of Eurofins Technologies Logistics Hub in Singapore. I led my team members to do research of its competitors, analyzed the market conditions in Singapore, China, India, and Indonesia, shaped the management and operation structures, etc. Thanks to our cooperation and dedication, the company was fully satisfied with our report, and now it is trying to apply our suggestions into practice.

Furthermore, we can apply one-to-one mentor services free of charge. The mentors are our alumni, most of them are executives of well-known international companies. My mentor, a vice president of a clean energy corporation, is very enthusiastic and helpful. He shared his experiences with me, which broadened my horizon. Whenever I have difficulty in studying or living, he often gives me advice and guidance patiently in terms of my career plan.

当开始在新加坡国立大学学习MBA双学位课程后，我切实体会到了其增强学生操作能力的办学宗旨。除了有趣和实用性的案例和展示，学校还经常组织不同的校企合作项目，这不仅是个深入了解当前市场的绝佳机会，更是为我们未来的职业发展搭桥铺路。在对新加坡“欧陆技术物流枢纽”可行性研究的咨询项目中，我有幸担任了团队负责人。我带领团队成员完成了对市场竞争对手的研究，分析了新加坡、中国、印度和印度尼西亚的市场条件，搭建了项目的管理和运营结构。通过团队成员们的密切配合和共同努力，公司对报告十分满意，我们的建议也正在实践中为项目所用。

此外，我们还可以受到导师一对一的免费指导。导师是我们的校友，大部分都是知名跨国公司的管理人员。我的导师是一家清洁能源公司的副总裁。他充满热情，乐于助人，总是与我分享他的经验，开阔了我的视野。当我在学习或生活中遇到困难时，他也经常耐心地给予我职业规划方面的建议和指导。

Walking out the classroom, stepping into the University Town, the dormitory in NUS, you will be brought into submission by the various learning and living facilities. Activity rooms, modern self-study buildings, small conference rooms, outdoor study bars, and other relatively adequate learning space, each area can meet the needs of different students, which combine the leisure and studying time together and make life more interesting and colorful. The most memorable scene is the busy libraries, where many students are still learning at 2 or 3 am, it totally interprets the truth that there is nothing can stop our desire for knowledge.

Time always flies, the experience at Guanghua is vivid, which helped me have a redefinition of management and a new understanding of business development. While studying at NUS is enriching my career development.

当走出课堂，进入大学和宿舍时，你会看到各种各样的学习和生活设备。有活动室、现代自习室、小型会议室、户外学习吧台和其他相对充足的学习空间，每个区域都将休闲与学习功能相结合，满足不同学生的学习需求，令生活更有趣和多彩。我印象最深的是图书馆，许多学生凌晨两三点都还在图书馆学习。没有什么能够阻挡学习的欲望，这一真理在这里得到了验证。

时光飞逝，在光华的学习时光仍历历在目，光华帮助我重新定义了管理，并令我对商业发展有了新的理解。新加坡国立大学又进一步丰富了我的职业发展路径。

As Tagore Rabindranath said there are no traces of wings left in the sky, but the birds flew away, but I say that my dream is flying not only flying from Guanghua School of Management to NUS business school but also hanging in Singapore and flying to another climax.
