校外设置VPN

你在哪里图书馆就在哪里！

During the winter vacation , you can access all the academic resources provided by the library via VPN and learn happily in your staycation.

什么是VPN?/What is VPN?

一种虚拟专用网络。听起来很玄乎，其实就是把您的上网地址(IP)转换成学校的地址，这样您就如同在学校上网一样，可以获取所有图书馆为您提供的学术资源啦。

It’s a virtual private network. It sounds very mysterious, but in fact it is the network which could convert your Internet Protocol (IP) address into the address of the school, so that you could access all the academic resources provided by the library as if you were online at the school.

VPN服务/VPN Service

服务对象：教职工、学生

办理方式：默认开通

学生服务器地址：stu.vpn.sjtu.edu.cn，支持IKEv2协议

教职工服务器地址：vpn.sjtu.edu.cn，支持IKEv2/SSTP/PPTP协议

均使用jAcoount登陆

SJTU Network & Information Center provides VPN service for teachers and students to use campus network resources outside the campus. For instance, accessing library electronic resources through VPN at home.

Staff members VPN address:vpn.sjtu.edu.cn.

It supports IKEv2/SSTP/PPTP mode.

Students VPN address: stu.vpn.sjtu.edu.cn. It only supports IKEv2 mode.

Account is your jAccount and password is your jAccount s password.

注意事项

Notice

1.不要多终端连接VPN，仅限一台设备使用。一个账号只能在一台设备上使用，使用VPN的时候请断开其他设备的VPN，更不要将自己的jAccount账号借给任何人哦！

1.Do not connect multiple terminals with the VPN. You could only connect one device with it. An account can only be used on one device. When you connect one device with the VPN, please disconnect others with the VPN, and don t tell your jAccount to anyone!

2.连接VPN之后，测试网络是否已切换。大部分浏览器都有缓存记忆功能，登录VPN之后，打开网络信息中心主页 https://net.sjtu.edu.cn/，查看页面底部“您的IP地址”是否已变为202.120或111.186开头，如果是，则说明VPN已生效，如果没有，请切换浏览器再测试。仍然不行，那就重启电脑吧。

2.After you have connected VPN, test whether the network has been switched. Most browsers have cache memory function. After you have logged into VPN, please visit https://net.sjtu.edu.cn/ to check whether your IP starts with 202.120 or 111.186. If so, the VPN has taken effect. If not, please switch your browser and test your IP again. If it still does not work, please restart your device.

3.检查配置是否完整。根据设置步骤一步一步操作，切勿跳过任何步骤。常见设置检查：①是否选择“自动获取IP地址”和“自动获得DNS服务器地址”；②是否勾选了“在远程网络上使用默认网关”；③VPN类型选择“IKEv2”。

3.Check whether the configuration is complete. Please operate step by step according to the instruction, and do not skip any steps.We suggest you check the following common settings: ①check if "automatically obtain IP address" and "automatically obtain DNS server address" are selected; ②check if "use default gateway on remote network" is selected; ③ check if the VPN type is "IKEv2".

如果VPN无法连接成功，或者VPN连接成功后IP不是校内地址，那么请联系网络信息中心:service@sjtu.edu.cn
